Elevate and Achieve Support Services was founded by an experienced educator with over 20 years in the field of special education, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and educational leadership. She holds two master’s degrees in education and leadership, an advanced certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, and is currently a second-year doctoral candidate focused on improving student outcomes through data-informed and collaborative practices. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs across home and school settings, supporting the implementation of individualized interventions and behavior strategies. Her professional experience is grounded in a commitment to ensuring that students receive consistent, effectivesupport that promotes meaningful learning and behavioral growth.

            In addition to her professional background, she brings a personal understanding of supporting children with autism, which further strengthens her dedication to bridging the gap between home and school-based services. This combination of professional expertise and lived experience informs her belief that student success is strongest whenfamilies, educators, and support providers work together using consistent and
collaborative approaches.
